Terms of Service

1. What GRAM Hub does

The Service lets you buy social media promotion services, for example Telegram post views and channel members, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube views, likes and followers, for links you provide. Orders are fulfilled by independent third-party providers that we select. We are a reseller: we do not control social networks or the providers' methods.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Your account is your Telegram account. You are responsible for everything done through it and for keeping your Telegram and wallet secure.
• We may suspend accounts that break these Terms, abuse the Service or create risk for us or other users (see section 10).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• order for content or accounts that are illegal, abusive or deceptive, or that you have no right to promote;
• order for accounts or links that are private, deleted or that you do not control, or give incorrect links;
• use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or try to bypass payment, balance or limit checks;
• create several orders for the same link at the same time (this commonly causes failed or partial delivery);
• abuse the referral programme, for example by inviting yourself or using fake accounts.

4. Risks you accept

Promotion services can conflict with the rules of the platform they target. Platforms may remove delivered items, restrict or ban accounts, or change how metrics are counted. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms you promote on.

5. Orders, delivery and refunds

• Prices, minimum and maximum quantities and descriptions are shown before you order. The price shown at checkout, including any promo code, is the price you pay.
• Orders start automatically. Delivery speed is an estimate; start and completion times vary and are not guaranteed.
• Services marked "refill" are covered for the refill period stated in their description. Other services carry no guarantee against drop-off after delivery.
• You cannot change or cancel an order once it has been sent to the provider.
• If an order cannot be started or is cancelled by the provider, the amount charged returns to your balance automatically. If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is returned to your balance in proportion to the quantity not delivered.
• An order that cannot be confirmed with the provider is held and then resolved by us: either delivered or refunded to your balance.

6. Balance and payments

• The Service works with a prepaid balance in US dollars. You add funds by sending TON from a wallet you control, to the address and with the exact comment (memo) the Service shows for that deposit.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Send the exact amount shown, to the address shown, with the comment shown, before the deposit expires. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address, with a missing or wrong comment, or on a wrong network.
• The TON amount is calculated from a live exchange rate when you create the deposit and is fixed for that deposit. You are credited the US dollar amount you selected.
• A payment that is too small, too large or arrives after the deposit expired is not credited automatically. We review it: a short payment can be credited in proportion to what arrived, and an overpayment is returned on request. Contact us with your deposit details.
• Your balance is for buying services in the Service. It is not a bank account or e-money, it earns no interest, and it is not redeemable for cash except where required by law or where we agree at our discretion.
• Network fees charged by the blockchain or your wallet are paid by you.

7. Referral programme

• You can invite friends with your personal link. When an invited friend's order is completed (fully or partly), you earn a share of its final amount, currently 5% unless the Service shows another rate for you.
• An invitation counts only if it is applied before the friend's first order. You cannot invite yourself, and who invited a person never changes.
• Earnings become available after a hold period (currently 7 days). If the order is refunded later, the reward is reversed.
• Available earnings can be moved to your main balance. We may change or end the programme, and we may remove earnings obtained by abuse.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including services, prices, minimums and payment methods, at any time. The Service depends on third parties (providers, Telegram, the TON network, hosting) and may be unavailable or delayed because of them. We may update these Terms; the updated version applies from the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of followers or content, account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, or losses caused by blockchain, wallet or provider failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend your account if you break these Terms; a suspended account cannot place orders, add funds or open support requests, and the reason is recorded. On termination for our convenience, we return the unused balance where it can lawfully be returned.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally.
